ORLO Return & Refund Policy
At ORLO, your satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care to ensure every product reaches you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a replacement —no extra shipping charge will apply for the replacement.
✅ Conditions for Return/Replacement:

Please check the product in front of the delivery person.

If you notice any issue, kindly inform our Customer Service team within 3 days of receiving the product, along with a photo of the issue.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with seal intact.

Items that are used, swatched, or liquid-based will not be eligible for return or refund.

If the product does not suit you or the seal is broken, returns will not be accepted.

In case of exceptional returns not related to damage or defect, the customer must bear the shipping cost.

Original invoice must be included with the returned product.
🚚 How to Return:

For customers inside Dhaka, our Customer Service team will arrange a free pickup from your address.

For customers outside Dhaka, please send your item through Sundarban Courier or SA Paribahan. If your return is approved, we will reimburse your courier cost.
