How do I place an order?

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive confirmation through the contact information provided during checkout. ORLO may also contact you for verification where required.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Please contact ORLO Customer Care as soon as possible. Changes may only be possible before the order has entered final processing or dispatch.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and our Returns & Exchange Policy may apply.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location, courier service and other circumstances. Delays may occasionally occur due to holidays, weather, transport disruption or other circumstances outside our control.

Do you deliver across Bangladesh?

Yes. ORLO delivers to supported locations across Bangladesh.

How much is the delivery charge?

The applicable delivery charge will be shown during checkout or communicated before order confirmation where necessary.

How can I track my order?

Eligible products may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchange Policy and stock availability.

What if I receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item?

Please contact ORLO within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos so our team can review the issue.

Can I return a product?

Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they meet the conditions in our Returns & Exchange Policy.

Are sale or discounted items returnable?

Sale, discounted, clearance and promotional items are generally not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases such as a verified manufacturing defect or ORLO fulfilment error.

Are shipping charges refundable?

No. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the eligible product amount will be refunded unless ORLO confirms otherwise.

How long does a refund take?

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the eligible refund is generally processed within 7–10 business days.

How will I receive a refund for a Cash on Delivery order?

For eligible COD refunds, you may be asked to provide valid bank or supported mobile financial service details.

Can an exchanged item be returned again?

An item already supplied as part of an exchange is generally not eligible for another return or exchange, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect or ORLO error.

Are product colours exactly the same as the photos?

We make every effort to display colours accurately, but slight differences may occur because of lighting, screen settings, fabric or production variations.

Can product measurements vary?

Yes. Minor measurement variations may occur due to fabric and manufacturing tolerances.

Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
